Watches or clocks bought directly from Adina can be returned provided they are brand new, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Please do not wear a watch you wish to return.

If the return is a result of our error (e.g. we sent you the wrong watch) we will reimburse you the costs of posting the watch back to us.

Please contact us before posting the watch or clock so that we can provide advice on appropriate packaging and shipping.

If you have bought your Adina watch or clock from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer to discuss a return and/or refund.
